Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Blurly is an offline photo editing app for Android. It lets you pick, capture, receive, blur, save, and share images from your device.

Data Collection

Blurly does not collect, sell, or share personal data with the developer or a remote server. The app does not include analytics, advertising, crash reporting, account creation, or backend services.

Photos And Camera

Blurly may ask for camera and photo/media permissions so you can:

Photos are processed on the device. Blurly does not upload your photos to a server.

If you choose to share a processed image with another app, that transfer is initiated by you through Android’s share sheet. The receiving app’s own privacy policy applies after you share the image.

Local Processing

Blurly uses an on-device TensorFlow Lite model and local image processing. Image data is kept on your device unless you choose to save or share the result.

Data Retention And Deletion

Blurly does not maintain user accounts and does not store user data on developer servers. You can delete images created by Blurly from your device gallery or file storage using your device’s normal deletion controls.

Children’s Privacy

Blurly is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated if Blurly’s features or data practices change. Any updates should be published at the same public URL used in the Google Play store listing.
